The ideology behind the workouts takes an integrated approach using a combination of strength, cardio, and metabolic exercises to maximize results. Anyone can exercise, but not everyone does it right. At Breakthrough Fitness & Performance clients go through a thorough active dynamic pre-workout warm-up at the beginning of every session with emphasis placed on exercise technique and individual effort during the workout. In a small team setting, clients will push themselves and their teammates to their limits and beyond and achieve success together. Breakthrough Fitness & Performance operated by Daniel Allen. Daniel is a Personal Trainer and Coach who has a passion for learning, superheros, and helping others realize their maximum potential! He holds a degree in Exercise Science and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is in the process of obtaining his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential through the National Strength and Conditional Association.
